Website cookies
This static site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. There is no cookie preference to manage here.
App notifications
Allow or deny notification permission at the operating-system level. You can also change it later in device settings. Reminder and break prompts are there to support a sustainable day, not to create a new stream of noise.
Optional sync
If your installed build exposes sync or integrations, you decide whether to enable them and which provider receives the selected data. You can disable the connection in the app and follow that provider's deletion controls.
Local data
You can edit or delete local tasks and settings, and you can use the app's import/export controls when available. Keep any exported backup in a location you trust.
